Originality, Inc., formed in the early part of 2000, is the result of a collaboration between Melinda Tomasello and Pam Grimes. With backgrounds in marketing, graphics and interior design, the two owners saw a gap in the market which would combine their unique blend of knowledge and skills. 

MELINDA TOMASELLO - Principal/Designer

Melinda began her career as the assistant to interior designer Marc Thee, co-owner of the nationally recognized Marc-Michaels Interior Design firm. Her experience with Marc-Michaels influences her gift designs. "We approach gift design in much the same way as designing the interior of a room. The design must be well planned, with attention paid to the smallest of details." Melinda has gone on to direct her talents in many different ways including design consulting, logo development and special event planning. Melinda's love of color, texture and style carries over in the creative impact of our gift designs. 

PAM GRIMES - Principal/Designer

Pam started out in marketing before focusing on graphic design as a freelance artist. She has designed for a wide range of industries including professional services, health care, banking, and radio. She now enjoys incorporating graphic elements in a three-dimensional way with corporate gifts and promotions. "We always start with a creative concept and place a great deal of emphasis on graphics and overall presentation. For me, the most rewarding aspect of what we do is being able to see our creative vision become a reality."
